A Celebration of Flavor & Community — Our Experience at the Halal Food Festival Winnipeg
This 26th July 2025, we had the incredible honor of participating in the Halal Food Festival Winnipeg 2025, a vibrant celebration of culture, community, and — of course — amazing food.
As a local, family-run business, events like this mean everything to us. We were proud to represent The Kolachi Kitchen alongside many other talented vendors who all share one thing in common: a passion for serving delicious, halal food made with heart.
What We Served 🍽️
Our menu featured some of our crowd favorites — from our signature Chicken Biryani, crispy fish & chips, to our fiery dynamite chicken, juicy beef burgers, and chicken burgers. The feedback was incredible, and we’re grateful for every customer who stopped by, tasted our food, and shared their kind words.
A Gathering of Cultures 🇨🇦
The festival wasn’t just about food — it was about people. We connected with fellow small business owners, met longtime customers in person, and introduced many new faces to what The Kolachi Kitchen is all about. It was a true reflection of Canada’s diversity and unity.
